Best pizza in the northeast! Same employees for decades, always happy to see you. The pizza is a must try if you haven't had it. Its really the best traditional pie around. It's my go to place when I don't feel like cooking! Highly recommended A+++

Love this place. I've been coming here since I was a little kid when they still had a smoking section. Man I miss those days! Best pizza and steaks in Philly. It's nice to see some of the originals still working so there's always a familiar face when you walk in. Great place! Definitely recommend!!

Been going here since high school and it's still the best pizza around! One of the owners that worked there when I started going there thirty five years ago is still there, just grey hair now, lol. They don't deliver, never have but that just speaks to how good their pizza is, I'm guessing it's close to forty years they've been around. Thin crust tasty sauce and cheese, the first order out pizza our son ever had, he sat on the counter watching the guys toss the dough in the air, still real hand tossed pizza. ????

Haven't been to Aldo's since March of 2020 due to Covid (my own restriction codes). Stopped in today and quickly remembered why my son and i went there 2x/week. Delicious as ever. Still the best Pizza in Somerton area. My son and i made a pact to return the same night next week and every week after. (Until the next pandemic hits)

Very friendly staff and excellent pizza! We tried the regular cheese pizza today but will be back to try other menu items. The crust and cheese were both perfect, the sauce a little on the salty side but really good overall.

As a west coast gal, I've always had the belief that east coasters were being overdramatic about New York-style pizza tasting so much better. I mean, how different can pizza really be, amirite? .. I was not right. I was legitimately upset when I took a bite of this pizza and thought "you're kidding" because it was actually delicious and better than west coast pizza. And I was doubly upset because I then understood why everyone kept saying "it's hard to describe" when I asked them to explain why east coast pizza was better. It's just.. something about the crust being airy but crunchy at the same time, chewy but not too chewy, and flavorful yet not too flavorful that it overwhelms the toppings. I don't know, it was just so good! I liked the regular slices as well as well as the Sicilian, but I think I preferred the thinner crust slightly more. I didn't find the toppings to be particularly amazing, but the crust texture paired with melty cheese made me keep on wanting to eat bite after bite. I don't even know what else to say for this review except that I'm so upset I hadn't tried east coast pizza, or more specifically NY-style pizza, sooner because I was being flippant about it. How many years have I missed out on eating it and when do I get to go back with this pandemic?! Anyway, don't make the mistake I did. Eat the pizza.

Pizza was spot on. 10 minimum on cards is their policy. Hence the 4 stars, prices were a little high as well

I purchased a pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom salad pizza slice from this place and loved what I got. The crust was crispy while the toppings and cheese stayed melted and hot. The flavor of the ingredients really stood out more than your typical chain pizza place. Definitely recommend this place if your in the area. Probably one of top pizza spots in Northeast Philly.
